Paragon is seeking an International Project Manager--with prior
experience managing international projects within the Nuclear
industry to support our team. As an International Project Manager
you will be responsible for defining project objectives, creating a
project schedule, and overseeing the budget throughout the entire
project. This position will interact with both internal and
external stakeholders. --Responsibilities:--Review the client's
contract and go through order acceptance, document approvals,
project date changes, order completion, shipment notification,
communication plan--Create a detailed work plan which identifies
and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the
projectDetermine and allocates the resources (time, money,
equipment, etc.) required to complete the projectDevelop a schedule
for project completion that effectively allocates the resources to
the activitiesReview the project schedule with management and
customers (as required)Monitor progress of the project against
project milestones and notify management if there is a deviance
from the plan; Communicates schedule and changes to all
stakeholders.--Ensure that the project deliverables are on time,
within budget and at the required level of qualityCreate and submit
Production Orders (JOFs) - locate and attach CGD, TIR, or other
work guidesCreate and submit Travelers - Locate and attach
drawings, Specs, TIR, FATPUpdate project schedules in Hippo -
develop based on TML, update based on project activitiesCreate and
submit spreadsheets for vendor POsPrepare paperwork for
completion/invoicing--Provide client updates as requested; host
monthly client project reviewsPrepares agendas, meeting notes and
project summariesParticipate in GEMBA and Project Review
Meetings--Requirements:--Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years of project
management experience requiredPMP designation requiredMust have
prior experience managing international projects - experience with
South Korea is strongly desiredExperience in the Nuclear industry
requiredExperience working within a Quality program is a
plusProficient in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, Access,
PowerPoint, MS Project)Excellent interpersonal and communication
skills (written and verbal).Ability to handle multiple tasks,
projects, competing priorities and tight deadlines simultaneously
while maintaining quality and accuracyDemonstrated ability to
