The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of accounting functions, including journal entries, monthly balance sheet, balance sheet reconciliations, preparing annual financial statements, accruals, and quarterly audits.   • Prepare and review journal entries and ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations and identify and resolve any discrepancies
  • Prepare and review annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP
  • Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual financial reports for management and external stakeholders
  • Participate in quarterly audits and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
  • Provide support to other members of the Finance team as needed
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy of accounting processesQualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
    • 3+ years of experience in a Senior Accountant role or similar position
    • Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting principles
    • Experience with journal entries, monthly balance sheet, balance sheet reconciliations, accruals, and financial statement preparation
    • Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve discrepancies
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
