As a Project Accountant for this growing, stable Construction - Residential & Commercial/Office company, you will be responsible for setting up and maintaining standard project files: general correspondence/filing, subcontractor/purchase order agreements, vendor files, process invoices including reviewing invoices, coding operating invoices to proper general ledger account, entering invoices into the financial system, and initiating payments, and answer correspondence, prepare reports and maintain records and maintain records/files related to administrative and accounting responsibilities. Experience with QuickBooks Enterprise, self starter, responsible, good time management, good interpersonal skills, and get it done attitude or similar a big plus.
