Job Description:
A company is looking for a US Tax Accountant (6-Month
Contract).
Key Responsibilities
Perform thorough review of S-Corp, Partnership, Composite,
Pass-Thru Entity, and Miscellaneous Tax Returns
Assist in preparation and review of tax estimates and respond to
IRS & State tax notices
Manage registrations of companies in various state/city
jurisdictions and ensure timely and accurate submissions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting (Master's in Tax strongly
preferred)
3-5 years prior public accounting or Corporate Tax experience
Ability to work within a team environment
Self-disciplined in a remote work environment
Strong organizational and time management skills
