Job Description Customer Onboarding Data SpecialistReports ToDirector of Customer SuccessSummaryAre you a detail-oriented data enthusiast with advanced Excel skills? As a Customer Onboarding Data Specialist at AxisCare, you'll ensure a seamless transition of customer data to our system, helping home care agencies deliver exceptional care. Youll map, cleanse, and import sensitive data with precision, working closely with both customers and internal teams to meet project deadlines.Were looking for someone who enjoys problem-solving, can manage multiple projects, and communicates technical information clearly. This is an in-office role with opportunities for growth in a fast-paced, innovative company. Advanced knowledge of Excel formulas, shortcuts, and data manipulation is essential.The Customer Onboarding Data Specialist will be responsible for the following high-level objectives:

• Ensuring new customers data is accurately and quickly transferred from their historical system to their AxisCare system
• Designing solutions for placing customers historical data into their new AxisCare system and preserving as much of the original data as possible
• Communicating with customers in a friendly and professional way about data migration and following up on their data migration to ensure successful onboarding
• Creating AxisCare e-forms from customer orders as required with new or existing customersThis person should have experience serving customers and have excellent problem-solving skills, as well as high attention to detail and project management skills.What Youll Do:
  • Extract, map, and cleanse data to ensure accurate migration.
  • Use Excel skills to manipulate data to be imported
  • Create customer-ordered e-forms using built-in AxisCare tools.
  • Update -data -migration -tracking documents
  • Create new SaaS sites using provided tools and workflow.
  • Update HubSpot (CRM) with additional client information
  • Communicate with Supervisor about any updates, issues, etc.
  • Check/Reply to client and internal emails.
  • Weekly meetings with Supervisor
  • Liaise with development and customer success teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
  • Follow up with Client Agencies that have recently onboarded with -Data -Migration
  • Manage project deadlines, ensuring a high level of data accuracy.
  • Collaborate with clients to explain technical processes and ensure their data is successfully onboarded.Why Youll Love Working Here:

      • Utilization of Microsoft Excel, ChurnZero and HubSpot CRM tool, and email to perform job functions
