Job Description:

Growing E&P located in North Dallas is looking for an experienced Production Engineer to join their team.

Responsibilities:

Development and implementation of field production optimization strategies

Drive performance through operational and financial planning and budgeting

Providing basic production engineering for well design and operation

Ensuring engineering designs comply with industry standards and codes

Continuously monitoring and reporting on the progress of production projects

Assist other company departments by providing engineering expertise for various special projects such as field studies, acquisitions, joint ventures, specialized reporting, forecasting, etc.

Desired Skills:

Production Engineer with 5+ years of experience.

Preference towards candidates with experience in Haynesville

B.S. degree in petroleum engineering or equivalent engineering degree.

5+ years of industry experience desirable in Operations/Production Engineering in oil and gas industry preferably with conventional assets.

Experience working within small, early stage, entrepreneurial-based E&P companies a plus.

Experience with key business processes such as field development planning.

Proven experience with operational, commercial, and financial management of an asset base.

Ability to think strategically, motivates personally, and communicates broadly at the senior management level as well as to the field.
