Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director, Controller to lead the
accounting function and report to the CFO.
Key Responsibilities
Lead all aspects of accounting, including monthly close, accounts
payable, and financial reporting
Develop and implement accounting policies to meet GAAP standards
and enhance internal controls
Coordinate with third-party tax providers for annual filings and
overall tax strategies
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in accounting, preferably as a Controller
or senior level accounting professional
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or
equivalent
CPA (active or non-active)
Experience in building the accounting function and team in a
company
Expert-level Excel/Google Sheets modeling skills
