A company is looking for a Senior Manager, International Enablement in Sales.



Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the International Enablement team for global market expansion
Develop and implement enablement programs and sales processes tailored to regional needs
Collaborate with regional VPs of sales to support scaling efforts and customize onboarding


Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience in Sales, Sales Enablement, or a related field
2+ years of experience managing high-performing sales or enablement teams
Strong understanding of scaling go-to-market processes across diverse markets
Experience creating effective enablement programs for specific regions
Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
