A company is looking for a Lead Generation Account Director in
Client Services.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies across
paid, owned, and earned channels
Establish strong client relationships through regular performance
reviews and strategic guidance
Lead and mentor cross-functional account teams to optimize
marketing efforts and drive client success
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication, or related
discipline
8+ years of cross-channel digital marketing experience in a digital
or media agency
Extensive experience with CRM or Marketing Operations platforms
(e.g., Salesforce, Shopify, Hubspot)
Proven track record of delivering high customer satisfaction
scores
Experience with business-level metrics such as LTV:CAC and MER
