DirectorPosition Summary:The Guest Services Event Day Team Area
Director for the Owners Club at AT&T Stadium with BEST Crowd
Management plays a critical role in delivering an unparalleled
premium hospitality experience to our VIP guests. This position
requires a high level of professionalism, customer service skills,
and the ability to anticipate and exceed the needs of high-profile
clients. Team members will ensure that every guest enjoys a
seamless and memorable experience from the moment they arrive until
they leave the stadium.Area Director Responsibilities:

- Ensure all day to day operations follow the procedures set
forth by the company.
- Effectively communicate goals to the game-day operations team,
communicate with the wider organization, and maintain accurate and
up-to-date records for internal and external reports
processing.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of all stadium amenities, services,
and event details to assist guests effectively.
- Manage guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback with discretion,
ensuring all interactions reflect the highest standards of
service.
- Monitor the environment of the Owners Club, ensuring it remains
clean, comfortable, and aligned with the luxury standards expected
by our VIP guests.
- Use technology, i.e. iPads and Radios to facilitate guest
access to premium areas, ensuring all protocols and procedures are
followed.
- On-call weekends/evenings, outside core business hours, as
needed

- Work closely with security, housekeeping, and other stadium
departments to ensure a smooth operation during events.
- Communicate effectively with other team members and supervisors
to ensure a consistent guest experience across all areas of the
Owners Club.
- Participate in pre-event briefings to stay informed about
event-specific details and any special requirements for the
day.
- Complete all required paperwork with accuracy and in a timely
manner, ensuring all event records and guest interactions are
properly documentedQualifications:
- Previous experience in a premium hospitality, luxury hotel, or
high-end customer service environment is required.
- Excellent management skills.
- Must have previous Area Director experience.
- Customer Focus - Maintaining awareness and seeking to meet the
needs and wants of internal and external customers.
- Experience working in a fast-paced event or stadium setting is
a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, handling
difficult situations with grace.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering the highest
quality of service.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and take
initiative when needed.
- Valid Driver's License
- Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent
experience
- Minimum of three years of previous operations, service field or
project management experience
- Ability to pass a background checkAvailability:

- Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings,
weekends, and holidays, depending on the event schedule.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and navigate through
large crowds.
- Must be able to work 90% of major events held at AT&T
Stadium.Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds occasionally.
- Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods during
events.
