Job Description:
Overview Electrolit Manufacturing USA (EMUSA) is a new, state of
the art beverage manufacturing facility currently under
construction in Waco TX. The 640,000 sqft. facility is situated in
Texas Central Industrial Park and will be operating on a 24/7
schedule with a target start date of January 2026. The facility
will manufacture and distribute the 26 flavors of Electrolit TM,
the fastest growing isotonic hydration beverage in the US.
Location: Electrolit Manufacturing Plant, Waco, TX Reports to :
Director of Plant Operations. Position Summary The primary
responsibility of the Quality Manager will be to ensure compliance
with regulatory, industry, and internal quality requirements. This
position will be responsible for developing and administering
policies and procedures for evaluating and improving the quality of
products, components, and manufacturing processes. This position
will be working with sensitive information therefore it will
require an NDA. The Quality Manager will report to the Director of
Plant Operations. Principal Duties Ensuring that products adhere to
quality standards. Direct detailed and recorded inspections of
final products so the products are up to industry and company
standards. Collaborate and support production management to ensure
timely product release for on time product delivery. Ensure
employees follow established procedures and manage quality control
and assurance staff to complete work within time and budgetary
constraints. Implementing methods to inspect, test and evaluate
products and production equipment. Preparing reports by collecting,
analyzing and summarizing data. Establishing policies and
procedures for material and product release, material and product
quarantine, and non-confirming material and product. Oversee and
manage investigations in manufacturing quality issues and customer
complaints, including root cause analyses. Collaborate with
production management to implement, monitor, and manage
preventative and corrective measures to address quality issues and
customer complaints. Training production staff in best practices to
ensure the quality of goods. Develop continuous quality improvement
program. Other responsibilities as assigned by Management. Skills
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite Products required. Strong
presentation skills required. Experience in SAP preferred. Fluency
in both English and Spanish required. Abilities Reading
Comprehension - The ability to understand written sentences and
paragraphs in work related documents. Critical Thinking - Using
logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of
alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
Active Listening - Giving full attention to what other people are
saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking
questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate

effectively. Coordination - Adjusting actions in relation to
others' actions. Deductive Reasoning - The ability to apply general
rules to specific problems to produce answers that make sense.
Management of Financial Resources - Determining how money will be
spent to get the work done, and accounting for these expenditures.
Negotiation - Bringing others together and trying to reconcile
differences. Strong attention to detail - Ability to review and
analyze data, identify and correct discrepancies as needed.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in quality assurance,
Engineering, Business Administration, or related field required.
ASQ certification preferred. Minimum of Five (5) years' experience
in a Quality Management position required. Experience in the
Beverage Industry preferred. Other Requirements Must be willing to
travel up to 25% of the time. Employees must abide by our company
