Job Description:
A company is looking for a Bond/Surety Account Manager to manage
an assigned book of business and ensure account retention while
supporting new business initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Manage policy expirations and renewals, including client research
and proposal presentations
Handle customer service requests, policy administration, billing,
and claims facilitation
Direct daily activities of the account management team and maintain
agency management systems
Required Qualifications
4-5+ years of industry experience
Active licensing is required
Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
High School Diploma or equivalent
Strong decision-making and delegation skills
