A company is looking for a Manager of Audiology Technical
Support.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee technical support operations for audiology products and
services
Manage team performance, training, and development initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer
satisfaction and service quality
Required Qualifications
Master's degree or higher in Audiology or a Hearing Instrument
Dispensing License
8+ years in an audiology technical role with strong knowledge of
audiology equipment
5+ years of experience managing a team
Proficiency with MS Office and basic computer programs
Experience with CRM software and support tools is preferred
