Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr Account Manager-Retirement.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the daily administration of retirement plans and develop
strong client relationships
Research issues, propose solutions, and negotiate resolutions while
collaborating with internal teams
Lead strategic client meetings and assist in mentoring new account
managers
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a business field or equivalent
education/experience
Five years of customer relationship experience, including three
years in the retirement industry
Thorough knowledge of daily administration of retirement plans
Proficiency using MS Office tools, including Excel
Ability to align with the company's Future Fit Culture values
