Job Description:
A company is looking for a NY Territory Sales Manager - Property
& Casualty (P&C) Insurance.
Key Responsibilities
Drive premium volume growth and support the Regional Sales Manager
in sales strategy implementation
Deliver product training and ongoing coaching to agents, brokers,
and distribution partners
Monitor market trends and maintain relationships with brokers and
agents to foster partnerships
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, finance, business, or a related
field preferred, or equivalent experience in P&C insurance
sales
5+ years of sales experience in the property & casualty insurance
industry, preferably in the NY market
Strong knowledge of P&C insurance products and underwriting
guidelines
Proficiency in MS Office and ability to manage administrative
tasks
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and
prioritize efficiently
