Required Qualifications
5+ years of management experience in high-growth, tech-enabled
companies
Experience in building inclusive and diverse teams
Ability to function as a business partner to hiring leaders using
data and market intelligence
Strategic, data-driven thinker with experience analyzing sourcing
statistics
Comfortable navigating ambiguity in a startup environment
