Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Director, User Experience
(Remote/Flexible).
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for user experience
initiatives
Provide visionary leadership to the UX team and ensure alignment on
customer goals
Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize and scope UX projects
effectively
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or master's degree in cognitive science, experimental
psychology, HCI, Interaction Design or related discipline, or 15
years of experience in lieu of a degree
At least 10+ years of experience managing user research in a
technology-centered company, preferably in the medical devices
industry
Expertise in UX methodologies and standards for web and mobile
platforms
Strong leadership experience with technical teams and
management
Proven ability to drive and own design and development of
cross-functional applications
