Ageless Living Home Health is seeking *full time *and *part time* *Certified Occupational Therapist Assistants (COTA)* who are passionate about providing first class interventions to children with special needs from 0 to 21 years of age and their families. *Essential Responsibilities:*

Schedule with families, plan activities and provide therapy services while following POC.

* Record type of treatment and patient's reaction to treatment on clinical/progress notes, which are written on the day of the visit and incorporated in the patient's record weekly.
* Be supervised weekly and follow guidelines for supervision as outlined by your respective state board.
* Perform in person and telehealth visits with company platform when necessary.

*Qualifications:*

* COTA- A minimum of 2 yr. Associates Degree, licensure or certification by the state of Texas.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Up to $75,000.00 per year
