for:Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Specialty Services,
the Sr. Manager, Clinician Strategy and Analytics role will be
responsible for the oversight and optimization of provider
scheduling processes, ensuring alignment with business needs
through analysis, operational goals, and service level agreements
(SLAs). A successful applicant will act as a liaison between
clinical operations, providers and oversee the Clinical
Provisioning team.What you'll work on:Schedule Management and
Analysis
- Manage the key drivers and assumptions surrounding physician
productivity, scheduled hours, supply and demand, contribution
margin, and service levels.
- Serve as a liaison to the business unit as it relates to the
development and management of the physician schedules, and provide
Tier 2 support for requests for scheduling modifications.
- Function as a co-liaison along with the Practice Administrators
to the Consult Coordination Center (CCC) management team to ensure
that the full scope of service delivery is considered from a
scheduling perspective.
- Align scheduling strategies with financial targets including
Cost of Goods Sold (COGS).
- Pro-actively identify gaps and play the hub for the BU enabling
quicker more efficient decision making.
- Monitor, analyze trends, provide reports and implement actions
to improve personnel staffing patterns, service quality and/or
productivity performance.
- Identify performance improvement opportunities with facilities
and partners and other BU leaders to translate into realized
efficiencies.
- Research outliers and identify root causes of trends recognized
in data analysis and reports.
- Act as primary relationship owner between Analytics department,
subject matter experts, and the BU.
- Work with BU Practice Administrators and internal analysts to
provide feedback to Sales, Client Services, and Legal regarding the
ability to take on additional demand at the state and facility
level.
- As an owner of the supply and demand process, work with
internal analysts to effectively communicate the needs of the
business from a physician supply (e.g. - hiring needs, contract
conversions) as well as a licensing and privileging perspective to
internal staff.
- Collaborate with the Practice Administrators to influence,
develop, and communicate strategies that drive superior performance
and outcomes.
- Coach, train, and educate Clinical Provisioning Coordinators to
generate and post provider schedules on a monthly basis utilizing
predetermined availability to strategically maximize efficiency and
exceed target goal parameters.
- Maintain current and up-to-date knowledge of patient scheduling
software, policies, and procedures for scheduling providers.
- Participate in strategic development with SL Practice
Administrators and SVP to measure performance and continually
revise to meet evolving business priorities.
- Provide training to Physicians on how to accurately enter
information for Medical Directorship duties on their
timecards.
- Ensure all timecards for Medical Directorship duties across the
BU are completed by the Physicians with timeliness and accuracy,
according to predetermined KPIs.
- Assist the Specialty Services Business Unit (BU) with ensuring
key operational targets are met.
- Perform other duties as assigned and modified at managers
discretion.
- Accountable for the KPIs falling within team scope in
accordance with ongoing efforts.
- Hire, train, and develop team members.
- Conduct regular one-on-ones, actively coach through project
assignments, conduct performance appraisals and provide ongoing
feedback.
- Lead Clinical Provisioning team to support the BU with daily
operational tasks, with a primary emphasis on physician
scheduling.What you'll bring to Access TeleCare:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Health Care
Administration, or equivalent.
- 5 years' experience within a healthcare environment
preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with financial analysis
and modeling skills in Excel, with the ability to effectively
communicate insights.
- Deep understanding of scheduling efficiency drivers and the
ability to present data-driven recommendations.
- Ability to articulate deficiencies in the schedule using data
driven rationale.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage
multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Outstanding facilitation, collaboration, and influencing
skills.
- Effective interpersonal and strong presentation aptitude.
- Trustworthy with high integrity, and the ability to maintain
appropriate confidentiality.
- Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to
perform and prioritize multiple tasks, seamlessly with excellent
attention to detail.
- Work collaboratively with management and employees to complete
job duties and responsibilities.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft office programs
(especially Excel), communication, and collaboration tools in
various operating systems.
- Handle problems consisting of multiple variables in an
organized manner.

initiative, anticipate challenges, and drive projects to completion
with minimal supervision.
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability, demonstrating a
