Job duties: Assist customers with accounts that are past due in order to collect either the funds owed or the collateral. Collect multiple payments on past due accounts.

Requirements & Preferences: 1-2 years call center experience, in collections. Strong sales, negotiation and influencing skills, as well as a pleasant phone demeanor are a must. The ability to overcome objections and use a sales approach to identify the implications of being in collections, would be helpful.
