Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer/Developer to support a multi-functional team, including R&D, Program Management, Core Networking, RF Engineering, Transport, and Technical/Training Support, in deploying multi-technology wireless networks across various customer markets.

Looking for someone with expertise in Apache Spark, PySpark, Databricks, and AWS



Key Responsibilities:

Assist in Radio Network Optimization by evaluating routine work methods and developing scripts/tools for efficiency improvements.
Analyze operational feasibility by evaluating problem definitions, requirements, solutions, and implementations.
Collaborate with RF Engineers and Systems Engineers to optimize network performance.
Understand RF parameter audits, data-fills, RAN and Core Operations metrics, and device log analysis.
Develop, test, and troubleshoot programs using appropriate hardware, software, and programming languages.
Refine and format data to produce accurate final products.
Create and maintain efficiency improvement tools through scripting.
Modify and maintain scripts/programs, updating logic and flow charts as needed.
Document issues, lessons learned, and best practices for future reference.
Evaluate and provide business justifications for new tools and applications.
Support troubleshooting calls, including off-business hours if needed.
Ensure confidentiality of company operations and data.



Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's Degree (master's degree a plus).
8+ years of experience in the wireless industry.
Solid understanding of 3G and 4G LTE architecture.
Knowledge of RF performance metrics, traffic, and user data.
Proficiency in VB, Perl, SQL, Xshell, MS Access, and Excel, with experience in data analytics.
Strong problem-solving and research skills.
Experience with wireless infrastructure providers or operators is a plus.
Team player with a strong work ethic, integrity, and adaptability.
Experience in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Access Database.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
