Job Title: Tech Watch Instructor -----" Luxury Jewelry Brand

Location: Downtown Dallas, TX

Compensation: Approximately $108,000/year

Employment Type: Direct Hire




Key Responsibilities:

Deliver structured training in technical watchmaking to new hires and junior watch technicians
Develop and implement curriculum and hands-on instruction plans in alignment with brand standards
Provide continuous support, feedback, and evaluation to ensure mastery of essential techniques
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to maintain quality and training consistency across the organization
Stay updated on current industry trends and technical advancements in horology

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a watchmaker; certification or completion of an accredited watchmaking program strongly preferred
Minimum of 2-----"3 years of teaching, mentoring, or technical instruction experience in a related setting
Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to precision
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to train in a professional, high-standard environment
