Job Description:
A company is looking for a Claims Examiner to process dental
claims and provide customer service remotely in Utah.
Key Responsibilities
Review and resolve claims rejected by the auto-adjudication
process
Interpret procedure codes and ensure appropriate claims processing
for dental, vision, and hearing products
Provide second reviews of claims and assist with customer
inquiries
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required
0-2 years of related experience preferred
Experience in a dental-related field or claims processing
environment is helpful
Proficient in personal computer use and keyboarding skills
Ability to adapt quickly to new procedures and job functions
