Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Experience Representative -
Part Time.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound call volume, averaging 40-50 post-sales calls/chats
daily
Ensure single call resolution and manage escalations
effectively
Maintain customer records and report inefficiencies using internal
tools
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent is required
2+ years of experience in a customer-facing, service-related
role
Ability to type 40+ WPM for phones and 45+ for chat
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Office suites
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
