Job Description:
A company is looking for a Helpline Specialist II -
Part-time.
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct support to family members regarding substance misuse
through phone and digital channels
Utilize evidence-based practices to assess needs and direct
caregivers to appropriate resources
Participate in team meetings and maintain regular communication
with supervisors while working independently
Required Qualifications
Graduate degree in clinical social work, counseling, psychology, or
a related field, or a Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of relevant
experience, or 4+ years of relevant experience
5+ years of experience in crisis intervention, addiction, and/or
family work preferred; 2+ years required
Bilingual in English and Spanish, with fluency in reading, writing,
and speaking both languages
Cultural awareness and sensitivity
Organizational skills and experience in crisis intervention
