Job Description:
A company is looking for a Call Center Representative to manage
inbound and outbound customer calls.
Key Responsibilities
Handle a large volume of warm inbound and outbound calls in a
timely manner
Read scripts verbatim for products and services and provide
rebuttals when necessary
Build positive relationships through exceptional customer service
and meet daily performance targets
Required Qualifications
Previous outbound call experience required
Previous sales or customer service experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook
Motivated, competitive, and driven individual
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
