Job Description:

A company is looking for a Coding Specialist 2 to assist with coding responsibilities in a remote part-time capacity.

Key Responsibilities

Perform coding for various medical records and ensure accuracy
Maintain compliance with relevant coding guidelines and regulations
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to resolve coding issues

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Certification in medical coding (e.g., CPC, CCS)
Previous experience in medical coding or related field
Knowledge of medical terminology and coding systems
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
