Job Description:
A company is looking for a Patient Engagement Representative -
Remote Call Center.
Key Responsibilities
Provide inbound and outbound support for patient acquisition and
retention strategies through various communication channels
Accurately determine eligibility for care coordination and service
line navigation while handling inquiries and documenting
referrals
Maintain quality measures and handle patient complaints with
professionalism while adhering to departmental protocols
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High school diploma or GED is required
1-3 years of customer service and/or healthcare experience is
required
Telephone/call center experience is required
Working knowledge of a Windows-based computer environment is
required
Preferred: Two years of college education
