You belong here.Qualifications - External*Heres What You Need** Graduate of an accredited school of radiologic technology required or* Associates Degree. preferred* Two years of general Radiology experience required, 1 year of hospital experience preferred* ARRT American Registry of Radiologic Technologists upon hire required And* CMRT Certified Medical Radiologic Technologist either by TDH or TMB upon hire required and* BCLS Basic Cardiac Life Support prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly required.*What You Will Do** Staff supervision and coordination of daily department activities* Collaborate with the technical staff in organizing and directing department workflow.* Evaluate technical skills, and schedule staff appropriately to include call and holidays. Provide adequate staff coverage including vacation schedules, absenteeism and turnover.* Ensure patient care is efficiently and effectively maintained.
