Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients, introducing
them to our insurance and business solutions.
Qualify leads and identify key decision-makers within target
organizations.
Present compelling reasons for businesses to consider Tower Street
as their trusted insurance broker.
Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients, ensuring
consistent follow-up and engagement.
Collaborate with the sales team to transition qualified leads and
support the closing process.
Stay up to date on industry trends and competitors to refine
outreach strategies
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in sales, business development, or similar roles,
preferably in the insurance or financial sector
Strong communication and persuasion skills, with a confident phone
presence
Ability to work independently while meeting or exceeding
performance targets.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
A proactive attitude with a commitment to learning and growth.
Familiarity with CRM software and lead management tools is a
plus.
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in a Business Development role, experience
in the insurance industry a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
Proven track record of successful sales growth in current or past
roles
Strong knowledge of cold calling best practices and techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple
priorities
