• RetirementJob DetailsResponsibilities:Develop personalized treatment plans:Create individualized plans based on your Treatment Model, ensuring goals are measurable.Client needs analysis:Utilize Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and other assessments to understand client needs.Design skill acquisition goals and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs):Tailor goals and plans to address core deficits associated with ASD diagnosis.Case management and supervision:Oversee Behavior Technicians to ensure interventions are effective.Direct therapy and support:Provide ABA therapy directly, educate and support parents, and maintain regulatory compliance.Requirements:BCBA certification and LBA license: Demonstrates expertise and adherence to professional standards.Experience: Preferably 2+ years in early intervention with children with autism, emphasizing hands-on experience.Education: A Master's degree in ABA, Special Education, or related fields is preferred, providing a strong academic foundation.Certifications: Current CPR/AED and/or BLS certification to ensure readiness for emergency situations.Interested in hearing more?
