Job Description:
A company is looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst to serve
as a strategic partner in identifying business challenges and
developing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the technical
team throughout the project cycle
Document business needs into actionable requirements such as User
Stories and Business Requirements Documents
Evaluate existing workflows and recommend optimizations to enhance
business performance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a
related field
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst with end-to-end
Salesforce implementation experience
Experience working within all phases of the Systems Development
Life Cycle in an Agile environment
Minimum 2 years of experience configuring Salesforce platform
components
Experience using JIRA, Confluence, or other Agile project
management tools
