Job Description:
A company is looking for a Help Desk Agent Tier II to provide
technical support and troubleshooting services.
Key Responsibilities
Configure, install, and support IT hardware and peripherals
Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues while providing user
updates
Support AmeriCorps applications and maintain desktop security and
inventory
Required Qualifications
Associate degree or equivalent experience
5+ years of technical support experience with desktop and laptop
computers
Knowledge of Windows 10, ticketing systems, MS Office, and O365
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Level 4 clearance
Security+ certification required or the ability to obtain within 3
months of start
