Position: Inside Sales Representative

Location: Farmers Branch, TX 75234 (Onsite)

Schedule: Monday -----" Friday - 8:30am -----" 5:30pm

Compensation: $40,000 Base + Bonuses + Uncapped Commission

Year 1 OTE: $65K-----"$80K on average - Top performers make $100K+

What You--------ll Do

Connect with warm leads-----"no cold calling required
Guide customers through home service options and close deals in a quick, 20-----"30 minute sales cycle
Consistently hit daily targets: 75 dials, 3-----"4 hours of talk time, 5-----"8 sales
Re-engage past and existing customers to create fresh opportunities
Track your success using Salesforce CRM
Collaborate across teams to deliver top-notch customer experiences

What You Bring

6+ months of sales experience with a strong record of results
Confidence, charisma, and the ability to handle objections like a pro
Coachable mindset and adaptability in a fast-changing environment
Local to the Dallas/Fort Worth area (within 30 miles of 75234) and authorized to work in the U.S.
HS diploma or GED required

Bonus Points For:

Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
Fluency in Spanish
