Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Director of Account Management
and Analytics Advisor.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for self-insured employer
clients and ensure satisfaction
Utilize advanced analytics tools to create insights that inform
decision-making and enhance plan management
Coordinate internal resources and timelines to ensure smooth
implementation and delivery of projects
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Economics, Data
Analytics, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
5-8 years of experience in account management or client success
within data analytics or consulting environments
4 years of experience in healthcare data analytics
Proven experience managing senior-level client relationships and
negotiating contracts
Strong existing relationships within the jumbo self-insured plan
sponsor community preferred
