Job Description:

A company is looking for a Level2 Lifestyle Coach - Remote.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct 15-30 minute telephonic/chat coaching sessions
Focus on behavioral change management for members with Type 2 diabetes
Collaborate with a Care Team to personalize member programs and support health goals

Required Qualifications:

National Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) or equivalent certification
1+ years of coaching/behavior change experience with demonstrated results
Experience in virtual coaching environments
Experience in a healthcare setting regulated by HIPAA
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
